Alec Baldwin Fired Prop Gun That Killed 2 On Set Of Movie! Cinematographer & Injured Director

Alec Baldwin has been shooting a movie called ‘Rust’ in New Mexico and just accidentally shot and killed the 42-year-old cinematographer on set and injured the director. The Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office has launched a criminal investigation into the fatal accident.

Baldwin picked up the prop gun and struck Halyna Hutchins after it misfired while on set for a scene. She was transported by helicopter to the University of New Mexico Hospital where she died. The Director Joel Souza was also injured and is currently recovering.

It seems that some shrapnel from a blank either exploded or a real bullet was placed inside the gun.
