Body Found Near Missing Largo Woman’s Home; Boyfriend Arrested
One week after the disappearance of Largo woman, Kathleen Moore, Pasco County Sheriff’s department says the body of matching her description has been located. On Monday her boyfriend, Collin Knapp, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder and is making his first court appearance Tuesday. The body that they located was covered by a thick brush. The two were last seen together arguing in Pinellas County bars in Largo and Indian Rocks Beach before she went to his home on Carmel Avenue in New Port Richey.
