Michael Nelson, Sr., 66, from The Villages, bought the ticket from his local Circle K located at 770 Kristine Way in The Villages. Nelson decided to pick the one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000! This is an all new $50 scratch-off game with the Florida Lottery. This special ticket features two top prizes of $1 million a year for life and 234 prizes of $1 million!
