TAMPA: Lawyer Says His Client Is Too FAT For Prison

A lawyer in Tampa, Florida is claiming his 273-pound client out is too fat for prison.
The guy was involved in a tax scheme case, and he’s facing over 6 years in prison. His attorney said that it would be unjust to make his obese, 5-foot-9, 72-year-old client serve six years and four months in prison because his life expectancy is lower than the average man’s.
The lawyer said the sentence would be equivalent to 61 percent of the time his client has left to live, due to his weight.
