Living in the Tampa Bay area, taking a weekend trip to Orlando is super convenient and it gives you endless options. Since my family was celebrating my daughter’s 6th birthday I knew it was very important for me to do something memorable. The best place to make lasting memories is Discovery Cove in Orlando, Florida!

Discovery Cove is an all-inclusive resort giving you one-on-one interactions with dolphins. After researching everything I knew this would be the perfect gift to make my daughter’s birthday extra special.

When Discovery Cove says all-inclusive they mean it! When you purchase your ticket you get to snorkel with exotic fish, sting rays, sharks and it’s all included in the price. You can hand feed birds in their atrium, walk with flamingos and everything is all you can eat and drink! Seriously, if you want another plate of food you can go back and get some more. Plus they hand our snacks throughout the day including warm pretzels and fresh cookies.

They have this awesome lazy river with waterfalls, your snorkel gear and wetsuits are all provided with towels and you get up-close animal encounters. This is by far the best place to visit when you’re in Orlando, Florida. Although the dolphin swim is does cost extra it’s seriously worth every single penny! There’s no doubt we’ll be doing this again soon.

Discovery Cove was an amazing experience for my daughter’s 6th birthday! You get to have one-on-one interactions with dolphins and even take a ride with one.

It’s an All-Inclusive resort where you swim with exotic fish, sting rays & sharks! You hand feed birds in their atrium, walk w/flamingos and everything is all you can eat and drink! Definitely one of the best places to go visit in Orlando. It’s a must!
