For all of our Bay area fam and visitors, we need you to get ready to celebrate this Tampa holiday. With the area code 813, August 13th is officially 813 Day. This is the day that Tampa gets outside to enjoy the city and all it has to offer. This morning, the question was simple. What’s something that you want to do to celebrate Tampa on “813 Day”?

How do you celebrate 813 Day in Tampa Bay?
The gist is selecting things that scream “I am from here”, so things proprietary to Tampa take the front seat. Sadly, with our illustrious number lining up on a Sunday, some of our best isn’t available. Mel’s Hot Dogs, satisfying Tampa taste buds since 1973, is unfortunately closed on Sundays but Sparkman Wharf has loads of fun to enjoy. Sparkman Wharf will even be offering a bunch of $8.13 specials! If you haven’t taking the trip, it’s a great part of your Busch Gardens fun. Our beaches, while on the 727 side, are always an incredible option. Water works can be enjoyed in style, with eBOATS and somewhat of a faster style with Exotic Jet Cars. Get outside and enjoy Tampa Bay.
