Man Arrested For Spanking Stranger’s Child AT Grocery Store

Police recently arrested a man in Georgia for spanking someone’s child in a checkout line at a grocery store. The father told the boy he could NOT have a candy bar and then all of a sudden, the stranger grabbed the boy’s hand and spun him around. The stranger then spanked the boy three times and said, “That’s how we deal with kids in Mexico.”
The stranger smelled of alcohol and had bloodshot eyes… He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
