Reports tell us that A man has been arrested after his one year old baby boy died with meth in his system. David Erb is facing charges with aggravated manslaughter of a child after the baby had enough meth in his system to kill a grown person. They say Erb placed the meth within reach of the baby. Sadly the baby got a hold of it and took it. Even though Erb knew, he didn’t call the police until after a hr. The judge set his bond at $75,000. He’s also been ordered not to have contact with the baby’s family.
