Student Rubbed Used Tampon On Roommate’s Backpack

A University of Hartford student was arrested after she had been tampering with her roommate’s personal belongings including rubbing a used tampon on the roommate’s backpack.
The 18-year-old admitted to police that she licked her former roommate’s eating utensils and smeared bodily fluids on her backpack.
The victim experienced inexplicable throat pain over the past few months, and believes it may be related to the roommate tainting her belongings.
