Dude Wearing A Bonnet And Dress Steals $450 Worth Of Baby Formula

So a dude wearing a blue bonnet and a dress stole $450 worth of baby formula from a grocery store. He was rolling around on a motorized cart and ended up putting 28 cans of formula under his dress and left.
