Guy Gets Arrested And Released Three Times In One Day
California needs to change this immediately!! A guy in Cali was arrested three times in one day. But because the state has a zero-bail policy, criminals don’t have to sit in jail. Well this guy didn’t consider himself lucky after being arrested the first time for attempting to break into cars.
Because after getting released, he was busted two more times. One of the arrests was because he stole a car. What a dumb policy!! See his mug shot HERE
