Are You Shocked That Most People Moved To Vermont In 2023?
I am super shocked because it does not seem very appealing. I have never been there so I decided to do a little bit of research. According to zillow.com, the average price of buying a home in Vermont is under $400K. The average cost of renting a one bedroom is about $1600. Pretty much sounds similar to Florida except the population is under 1M. Also Vermont was ranked one of the safest states to live in.
According to Vermont.gov: “Vermont is relaxed, yet the culture is sophisticated. Clean mountain air, a breathtaking vista around every bend, year-round recreating including skiing, hiking, biking, sailing – these are just a few of the reasons Vermont is regularly ranked among the nation’s most desirable places to live.”
Vermont does look like a pretty place to live. Also a great place to raise a family. Would this ever be somewhere you would move? Feel free to email me [email protected]
