Florida Man Started Social Media Group Where They Shared Child Pornography

Florida man started social media group where they shared child pornography. This despicable man is from Cape Coral which is about 2 hours from where I live in St. Petersburg. Reports tell us that judge sentenced the man to 17 years in prison after distributing videos which showcased children being sexually abused.

Anthony Vincent Organo distributed videos which showed minors being sexually abused through his social media account. These videos were shared between March 9th and May 9th of 2023.  The child pornography was undiscovered by agents from the Federal Bureau Of Investigation and Homeland Security Investigations.

Judge Sheri Chappell was the one who sentenced Organo! She gave him 17 years and six months to prison . The court also sentenced Organo to a 15 years of supervised release and ordered him to register as a sex offender. By the way Organo plead guilty on October 3rd, 2023.

Law enforcement say they discovered that Organo was one of the administrators of a social media group. The purpose of the group was to share child sexual abuse material.  In June of this year a search warrant revealed more than 400 videos showing the sexual abuse of children on his cell phone.  Organo admitted to police that he received images and videos of children ages 5 to 15 years old.

Organo estimated that he had received and sent over 500 pictures and videos of children being sexually abused in 2023. He also told police that he was the one who created the social media group. Organo says the social media group is the platform where he would send and receive child sex abuse material.

To find the most dangerous cities in Florida, Property Club analyzed crime and violent crime rates throughout the state. They used data from the FBI crime data explorer. The explorer was for crime rates in  2020 and 2021. They also used the Florida Department of Law Enforcement annual report from 2022.

According to Property Club,  Lake Worth is one of Florida's worst cities for violent crime.  The violent crime rate in Lake Worth is 996 per 100,000 residents. This rate is over 2.5 times higher than the national and state average. The crime rate has been dropping in Lake Worth over the years, but it is still a very dangerous place to live in Florida.

Florida City is one of the car-jacking capitals in the United States. It has a population of 12,000 and is located in South Florida near the everglades and the Florida Keys.  Residents in this city have a 1 in 38th chance of being a victim to a violent crime. Sadly Florida City has seen crime rates rise in the last several years. 

Although Cocoa has a population of 19K, the violent crime rate is 1,108 per 100K residents. This rate is is 2.8 times higher than the national average and 3 times the state average. The most common crimes in this city are assaults and burglaries.  If you are looking for a safe place to live, this is one place you should avoid. 

Rivera Beach is the worst city to live in Florida when it comes to their murder rate. The murder rate in Rivera Beach is seven times higher than the national average. Most parts of Rivera Beach should be avoided for safety reasons.  

According to Property Club, Lake City is the most dangerous city in Florida. The violent crime rate in Lake City is 1,547 per 100,000 residents. This is one of the worst rates in the entire country. The cost of living in Lake City is low but it has very high poverty and crime rates. Your chance of being the victim of a violent crime in Lake City is almost 4 times higher than the state average.
