Arrested man in handcuffs with handcuffed hands behind back in prison
GettyVery disturbing, especially since this story is local. "Florida man who was arrested for child porn also allegedly filmed kids in a library bathroom ." On February 13th, police say Christian Stark allegedly filmed children in a library bathroom located in Lutz. Lutz is about an hour from where I live in St. Petersburg.
Hillsborough County Man Arrested For Filming children In the Lutz library bathroom
The Hillsborough County sheriffs office said that on February 13th they arrived at the Lutz Branch Library. Lutz Brach is located on West Lutz Lake Fern Road. The cops responded to reports of a 12-year-old noticing someone was in the bathroom filming her with his phone.
It turned out to be Christian Stark and a day later cops conducted a search warrant at his home. While searching, cops found child pornography on his phone. Stark was already arrested and booked into Orient Road Jail where he's facing 100 counts of possession of child pornography.
While police continued to investigate, they also added voyeurism charges based on their discovery that Stark filmed at least four children in the women's restroom at the library. He filmed while performing "sexual acts" on himself.
He is now facing three more charges. They include 3 counts of voyeurism, 3 counts of video voyeurism (defendant 24 or older and victim less than 16) and Unlawful use of a two-way communications device.
Sheriff Chad Chronister released a statement saying, "This suspect's actions are disgusting. We're committed to ensuring every child, our most vulnerable, is secure and protected in Hillsborough County. I commend our detectives and deputies for working hard on this case to find every piece of this investigation and making sure Stark is behind bars away from harming more children."
According to the Hillsborough county sheriffs department, the investigation is still ongoing. I personally hope the scumbag does not get out of jail.
