Tampa Bay Rays Bringing Some Hip Hop To The Summer Concert Series
The Rays Summer Concert Series is back and they've announced they're bringing some Hip Hop to the line up! If you haven't stayed for any of the FREE concerts before, it really is an awesome bonus to the game. Through the years the Rays have brought big names to their concert series like, LL Cool J, MC Hammer, Brett Michaels, Miranda Lambert, The Wiggles, Trace Adkins, DJ Steve Aoki, Dierks Bentley and more. On Friday, September 8 after the Rays take on the Seattle Mariners, some of the artists from the I Love the 90's Tour hit the stage. Vanilla Ice (“Ice Ice Baby” and “Play That Funky Music”), Tone Loc (“Wild Thing” & “Funky Cold Medina”), Rob Base (“It Takes Two” & “Joy and Pain”), and Montell Jordan (“This Is How We Do It”) will all perform live. The concert is included with your game ticket. Now if you want watch the show for the filed, you'll need to buy a separate $30 wristband. Concerts are expected to begin approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.
