Kanye West Executive Produces New Film
I’m sure I’m not the only one who hope something new from Kanye, and now, we get Honor Up. The first trailer for the Dame Dash film, Honor Up is here which sets a release date of February 16, 2018. “Just showed my brother and executive producer the final version of #honorup …wanted his honest opinion cause he’s snotty like me ..and he loved it,” wrote Dash in an Instagram post.”
Now we know Kanye West and Dame Dash relationship reaches back to Roc-A-Fella Records. In the early ’90s, Dash co-founded Roc-A-Fella Records, a label responsible for the careers of Jay-Z, The Diplomats, and Kanye West. Why not make it a family reunion by adding Dipset’s own Cam’ron as well as Clueless star and former Fox News contributor Stacey Dash. Although Kanye did side with Jay-Z after the Roc-A-fella split in the early 2000s. Kanye says that this is only the beginning of their reconnection as business partners.”We’re going to work on films. I really like the films that he’s doing. Dame is like the original person that understood culture and really was in it in every situation.’
