Iconic Marvel Character Shows Up In New “Deadpool” Teaser
When putting classic comic book stories and characters on film, providing fan service is major. Nerds, like me, want to see these illustrations and classic stories we only read about growing, come to life. I feel the upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine film is doing just that. The 3rd installment in the Deadpool franchise is sure to be quite a spectacle. It already has broken records, and the movie doesn’t come out until July 26th. We couldn’t be more excited and with the latest trailer from the film releasing today, the hype meter went up a notch.
Today, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman’s buddy hero movie gave us another tease. This time, we got to see a character that was highly underused in the very first X-Men film that came out back in 2000. A fan favorite and Wolverine ultimate foe, Sabertooth. Yes, Sabertooth from the original X-Men movie is back, and this time we finally get a real fight between him and Wolverine. Last time these two saw each other, we barely had any scrapping going on between them. Reynolds and director Shawn Levy have heard our fan cries and are going to deliver, as we see a quick glimpse of Logan and Sabertooth go head-to-head or should I claw-to-claw.
Man, I can’t wait to see this on the big screen, and neither can you. Seeing actor Tyler Mane comeback to reprise his role as Victor Creed makes us wonder who else will appear in Deadpool 3. Many rumors have circulated that few characters could pop-up including, the Channing Tatum version of Gambit that was supposed to be a film the 20th Century Fox was supposed to produce, Jennifer Garner’s portrayal Elektra, and Wesley Snipe’s version Blade.
We will just have to wait and see. Let us stop going down these rabbit holes and save the “ooo” and “ahh’s” for when Deadpool & Wolverine hits theaters in July.
