Big Weekend In Tampa For Ice Cube
This Saturday July 22, 1 PM Ice Cube is bringing back the BIG 3. This time at the USF Yuengling center. It’s some of the best 3-on-3 basketball you’ll ever witness, with most players you may know that used to play in the NBA or overseas at some point in their career. The Big 3 has been around now for 7 years and has gotten bigger and better every year, and currently has 12 teams that are in the league, with hopes that they can add 4 more in the seasons to come.
Ice Cube’s vision in creating the Big 3 league was to create a player centric league that can focus on entertainment and innovation. It is unlike anything you’ve seen and this weekend it will be going down right here in Tampa Bay. NBA vets like, NBA Slam Dunk Champion Jason Richardson, and NBA Champion Rashard Lewis will grace the court this weekend.
Celebrity wise, you never know who will be pulling up to catch the action at Yuengling Center. Last year we were blessed with a surprise performance by Ice Cube himself alongside Kansas City rapper and XXL Freshman SleazyWorld Go. The question remains on who Cube decides to bring out with him at this year’s event in Tampa this weekend?
If you’re looking to pull up to the event this weekend, tickets are still available online and at the Yuengling Center box office and they range between $29 all the way to $850 for floor seats.
This weekend will be a big weekend in Tampa for Ice Cube with Big 3 going on throughout the day and then later on he’ll be performing alongside the Red Hot Chili Peppers on their Unlimited Love Tour concert on the same day happening at 7pm at Mid Florida Credit Union Amp.
