Mom Arrested For Allowing 12-Year-Old Daughter To Get Tattoo

35-year-old Emma Nolan was arrested after allowing her 12-year-old daughter to get a tattoo.
According to The Shade Room, a teacher reported it after seeing a tattoo on her shoulder. It was a cross with “Jesus” written above it, and “Loves” written below it.
When confronted the daughter originally accused her father of giving her permission,but after investigating officers discovered it was her mother. They also arrested the tattoo artist for tattooing someone under the age of 18.
