The headline is crazy right? "Florida woman arrested after her ex refused to pay her for sexual favors." This happened in Minneola which is about 2 hours from where I live in St. Petersburg.
Florida Woman Arrested On Christmas Eve After Busting Her Ex's Taillight
Haniffa Hosein was arrested and charged with criminal mischief on Christmas eve. This is after she bust her ex's taillight with a bottle.
Why did she do it? Hosein told police it was because the man refused to pay her for sexual favors. Lake County sheriffs department responded to a call on Christmas eve. They spoke to a man who said Hosein got into an argument with him for no reason.
The man goes on to tell lake County sheriff's that Hosein got upset, got out of his car and that's when she realized she forgot her phone. The man says he then threw Hosein's phone out of the window. As he was trying to leave Hosein smashed his taillight out. He want's her to pay for the damages which cost about $400.
Hosein and the man had a relationship in the past, but have not been together for over a year. As stated earlier Hosein said she was upset because the man did not pay her for sexual favors. Hosein says it's because he did not like the way she performed. Hosein was placed under arrest and taken to the Lake County Jail. She has since been released after posting $1,000 bond.

I can't believe that Hosein actually admitted to smashing his taillights because he wouldn't pay her for sexual favors! Does she not realize that it's considered prostitution! The cops are not going to be on her side in this situation.

There are a few crazy headlines that we didn't include in our list but still deserve an honorable mention. Like the Florida man who brutally beat a shark with a hammer. Or the Florida Man who allegedly stabbed and killed his brother's friend because he passed him in the smoking circle. When a new insane headline pops up almost every day, it's hard to cover every story. We expect to hear a lot of Florida Man in 2024, especially with the inaugural Florida Man games taking place in St. Augustine. Their website describes the games as, “From wrestling in the mud to running from actual sheriff’s deputies … where the bizarre meets brawn and sanity is optional!"
