Cardi B Called Out Over Using A Racial Slur

Cardi B celebrated her daughter, second birthday this past weekend and uploaded a photo of her and Kulture and how she would look in the future.
Many noticed how much she looked like Cardi’s sister, Hennessy.
Cardi responded, I think cause Hennessy got chinky eyes like Offset and so does KK. The comment “chinky eyes” was called out by many in her comments.
The term is considered racist and derogatory. It is used by non-Asians as a slur against Asian ethnic groups.
Cardi responded, I didn’t know *the term* was a slur like wtf. I DON’T KNOW EVERY F– THING. We don’t even use that as an insult and I didn’t use it as an insult. I’m sick of the internet. Many came to Cardi’s defense saying they had no idea the term was offensive.
