Electric Scooter Rider Is Charged With Manslaughter
Looks like St. Pete PD has arrested 22 year-old Tyler Brady for manslaughter.
Tyler collided with a elderly bicyclist. Brady didn’t swerve out the way, & left the 77 year-old Alvera Minutello critically injured & he would later pass due to those injuries.
