The Coolest Nike Air Force 1 Collab Yet
Just when I thought Nike Air Force 1 would not release another collab with Cactus Plant Flea Market, Low and behold they dropped four colorways. I was a huge fan of their collaboration back in 2020. That classic Air Force 1 silhouette paired with the giant “AIR” across the side, that we’ve seen on the classic Nike Air Uptempo that Chicago Bulls’ Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen would wear.
Cactus Plant Flea Market has had a good relationship with Nike. Not just pairing their unique designs on the Air Force 1 but, designing the Nike Air Vapor Max, and Nike Blazer 2. Two sneakers I caught “L’s” on with the SNKRS app, that I was hoping to score on. However, last year I did end up scooping up a pair of their most recent project together, Flea 2. The sneaker was too bulky for me I ended up reselling them.
Fans of the CPFM x Nike Air Force 1 rejoiced when in early April, photos were shared with new colorways dropping that month, a fuchsia and moss colorway were released exclusively through the Cactus Plant website, and then about a week later, a shock drop happened on the Nike SNKRS app. I quickly opened the app and tried to go for both, the black & white colorways. Patiently waiting to see if I at least hit one of the sneakers, I got the glorified “GOT’EM” notification, which is rare to come by these days.
I hit on the all-white pair. I was glad to have hit because I missed out on this shoe 4 years ago but, to be honest I was bit underwhelmed because I was hoping to get the all-black pair. Nothing against the all-white because the leather and features are good, it’s just difficult to keep white kicks clean. So, I may or may not keep these but, here’s a detailed look at the CPFM x Nike Air Force 1. What do you think?
