Police were called to an apartment complex for a disturbance. When they got there, they found two men yelling at each other. One man started to walk away after seeing the cops. The cops noticed he “had a large bulge under his shirt like he was trying to hide something.”
After he was handcuffed, a large bag of weed fell out of his shirt. He told cops “it wasn’t his!”
