Tamar Braxton Goes Off On Her Sisters For Not Planning A Better Birthday Celebration
Tamar Braxton recently went off on her sisters while on Instagram Live because she felt her birthday celebration was lackluster.
She started the Instagram video off by stating that she didn’t want to go on a hot air balloon ride because she’s afraid of heights.
“I just feel like for everybody else’s birthday we make a big deal out of it. It’s at least a balloon, one balloon, an array of gifts, more than one card, when it’s 40,000 Braxtons walking around here looking like Where’s Waldo. And because it’s mine I got a pair of sunglasses and a birthday card. Happy Birthday b****. Okay!,” Tamar said.
“I give out Gucci bags for Christmas. I just said it’s my birthday. I got a pair of sunglasses between six girls? I got one card like we work in a cubicle side by side. I didn’t get a balloon. I like balloons. I’m like Logan (her son). I’m 5 in the inside. I got one card like we work in a cubicle together at Savon. I’m just saying like what the f*** is going on?This is not a birthday celebration for me. This is some straight foul f*** bullsh** that nobody put any thought into.And I’m supposed to be in my feelings because you guys are my family and my sisters. And if I don’t have the attention from my sisters who the f*** am I supposed to get it from?”
You could hear her sister, Trina Braxton in the background trying to explain to Tamar that the party wasn’t over yet, and Toni Braxton said, “Levels. We’re not done yet though…Don’t miss your blessing. You got levels to it.”
“I don’t want to be in a hot air balloon with seven people. Everybody knows I’m afraid of heights. Ray Charles can see that,” Tamar continued.
Then to make matters worse for the singer and reality TV star, Trina’s boyfriend proposed to her during Tamar’s birthday celebration, which seemed to make Tamar even more upset.
“This ain’t the time or place for this,” she wrote in the comments to those who were watching her Instagram Live.
Next month, The Braxton sisters will be returning to TV with their reality show Braxton Family Values.
